Exchange

We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, and in the same condition as received.

If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 07 days of the date you received your item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will call you to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

If approved, we’ll issue an online credit equal to the worth of the article returned. You can use this online credit for your next online shopping.

Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one at your doorstep. Please email kidsmania.pakistan@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +92-3202679791 within 07 days of receiving your product to begin the process.

Return Shipping

After submitting a return request to kidsmania.pakistan@gmail.com or +92-3202679791 (WhatsApp Only):

• If the article was delivered wrong from our side, we’ll pick it from your doorstep — no shipping charge.
• If the article was delivered correctly as per order but you still want to exchange, you’ll need to pay only Rs.250 exchange charges for doorstep service, or ship the article back yourself.
• Once received, we’ll issue an online credit or refund the article’s amount only.

Product Exchange Limitations

Kids Mania ensures customer satisfaction and offers product exchanges where possible. However, there are a few limitations:

• Items on sales and promotions are not eligible for exchange.
• Once sales start, the final sale price will be the price applicable for any exchange.
• The product must be in a re-saleable condition.
• All tags and packaging must be intact, and the garment must be unused.
