1. Shipping Locations

We are proud to offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan. No matter where you are, we deliver our high-quality kids’ clothing to your doorstep!

2. Shipping Carriers

To ensure the timely and safe delivery of your orders, we use reliable courier services, including:

·         Postex

·         Daewoo Express

These couriers are trusted for their speed and service across Pakistan.

3. Shipping Timeframes

Lahore: For orders within Lahore, we aim to deliver your products on the same day (if placed before 2 PM).

Other Cities: Orders placed for cities outside of Lahore typically take 2 to 3 business days for delivery. Rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or public holidays.

4. Shipping Fees

Flat Rate: Shipping fees are calculated based on your cart. If your order value is below then 1500 then delivery charges will be Rs.179/-. Order above 1500 will be shipped without any charges. You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours on weekdays (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, so you can keep an eye on your package’s journey. If you need further assistance tracking your order, feel free to reach out to our customer support team.

7. Delivery Issues

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

In the rare case that your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue with the courier and find a resolution as quickly as possible.

10. International Shipping

Currently, we only offer shipping within Pakistan. For international orders, please stay tuned as we plan to expand our services in the future.
