We are proud to offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan. No matter where you are, we deliver our high-quality kids’ clothing right to your doorstep!

2. Shipping Carriers

To ensure timely and safe delivery, we partner with trusted courier services including:

• Leopard Courier
• PostEx
• Daewoo Express

These couriers are known for their reliability and nationwide service.

3. Shipping Timeframes

• Lahore: Orders placed before 2 PM are usually delivered the same day.
• Other Cities: Typically delivered within 2 – 3 business days.
• Rural Areas: Delivery may take slightly longer.

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or public holidays.

4. Shipping Fees

Flat Rate: Orders below Rs. 1500 incur a delivery charge of Rs. 179.
Orders above Rs. 1500 qualify for free shipping.
You’ll see the exact delivery fee during checkout before confirming your order.

5. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours on weekdays (Monday – Saturday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your parcel’s journey. For any help tracking your order, please contact our support team.

In rare cases of lost or stolen parcels, please notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate the issue with the courier and resolve it as quickly as possible.

10. International Shipping

Currently, Kids Mania ships only within Pakistan.
We plan to expand internationally in the near future — stay tuned!
