4. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery Times: Lahore — 1 business day; other cities — 2–3 business days.
• Shipping Fees: Rs.179 for orders below Rs.2000. Orders above Rs.2000 ship free.
• Order Tracking: Tracking info will be emailed after shipment.
• Delivery Issues: Contact us if your order is delayed or damaged — we’ll assist immediately.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Return Policy: Email kidsmania.pakistan@gmail.com or call +92 320 2626791 to request a return. Wrong items from our side will be picked up free of cost. For correct items returned voluntarily, Rs.250/- exchange charges apply.
• Exchanges: Damaged or defective items will be exchanged free of cost within 7 days of receipt.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified. Approved returns result in online store credit equal to the product value.
